New Address and Meeting Procedures

Our office address and billing information have changed. Please make a note of this and update your records to reflect the address indicated on our contact page.
Along with this change, we will no longer be holding appointments in our office. Rather we are requesting that clients visit our website to schedule a meeting, and select to hold it at a public location or in your office if possible.

New E-mail Address for The Studio 23

The primary e-mail address for you to send your requests, comments, and questions has changed. As before, Terrell is still the primary contact, however his new e-mail is terrell@thestudio23.com.
Please make a note of this in your e-mail contact list for The Studio 23. We will still receive e-mails from the thestudio23@gmail.com, but from this point on, the e-mails we send out regarding production on your account will be sent from Terrell's new e-mail address.
New Project Trafficking

We are trying a new method of trafficking projects and submitting them to clients for approval. For every request completed on your behalf, you will receive an e-mail that includes a PDF attachment with details on the most recent updates to your project(s). You will receive a similar document for every project or update that requires approval. We think this may be a better solution in the instance you need to keep record of requests and production on your account with The Studio 23 :)
